Event Organizer:

The online gaming industry in Spain is invited on 7 May 2013 to the third edition of the Spanish iGaming Summit (SiGS’13), which will be held at the hotel Meliá Princesa, Madrid (Spain), practically coinciding with the first anniversary of the start of online gaming as a regulated activity in Spain.

This third conference, organised by consulting firm Jak Comunicación, will provide an in-depth analysis of the evolution of remote gaming, with the presence of all sectors involved, from the national and regional Administrations to operators and services companies.

The event will offer simultaneous interpretation from Spanish into English, and vice versa.

Matters of interest will also be covered, such as taxation, expansion of the gaming catalogue –with cross-betting and slot machines as especially sensitive issues–, convergence between live and online gaming, or the effects of extraordinary events, such as Eurovegas, on the evolution of the sector.

Other relevant aspects affect technology providers, the online business model and commercialisation, customer loyalty and marketing and advertising, as well as security and payment methods. All of this is included as part of an attractive programme that is being formalised, which will look at whether online gaming is now a consolidated activity in Spain, or whether it requires a process of adjustment and more experience.
