Costa Rica Marriott Hosts IGCE
13 March 2006
HATBORO, Pennsylvania – (PRESS RELEASE) -- The International Gaming Conference & Expo (IGCE), slated for April 9th-11th in San Jose, Costa Rica, will be held at the Costa Rica Marriott Hotel, a 5-star resort and one of two that Marriott has in the San Jose area.
"It is critical" indicated Chris Dauer, Conference Director for The Sports Network, organizer of the
Conference, "that the venue chosen for a gathering of this sort be the best available. Yes, the attendees are there for a learning experience ... no doubt about that ... but we have learned, from years of experience, that the venue at which a major conference of this nature is held bears mightily on the attendance. It must," he continued, "be easily accessible to the airport ... and the Marriott is, being only 7 minutes distant ... have all of the facilities and features that participants would expect if they were going on vacation and make accommodations available that are nothing less than first class."
A spokesperson for the resort added that the majestic Costa Rica Marriott Hotel rises on a flourishing 30-acre coffee plantation, capturing the elegance of a 16th century colonial hacienda inviting relaxation as it transports guests to a time when graciousness reigned. This lush plantation welcomes its guests to the resort in a setting that instantly conveys gracious
accommodations and the outstanding level of service offered within. It is Marriott at its finest.
