EiG Panelists Announced

Clarion Gaming has confirmed a list of four panelists and a moderator who will discuss legal and regulatory issues during an hour-long session called US Panel Update at the European i-Gaming Congress & Expo, Sept. 23 to 25 in Barcelona.

Names added to the roster feature a number of key experts qualified in domestic and international law, a successful poker operator who runs a legal business within the United States and a prominent Washington, D.C., insider and consultant.

Panelists include: Frank Catania Sr., president of Catania Consulting Group; Mark Hichar, a partner at Edwards Angell Palmer & Dodge; Mark E. Mendel, lead counsel for Antigua in its World Trade Organization dispute with America; Jason Kellerman, chief executive and co-founder of PurePlay; Tony Coles, partner at Jeffery Green Russell and vice president of the International Masters of Gaming Law.

“EiG’s four panellists and moderator are in an excellent position to discuss, highlight and clarify the key points of yet another year of wrangling in the US i-gaming landscape,” said Sue Schneider, former American chief executive and acting advisor at Clarion Gaming, in a prepared statement.

The US Panel Update takes place on Wednesday, Sept. 24 at 10 a.m.
