10 May 2013

LONDON -- (PRESS RELEASE) -- iGaming Business has announced that Frank Fahrenkopf, President and CEO of the American Gaming Association (AGA), will be speaking at the iGaming Executive Conference and iGaming 4 Business Conference. Both events are taking place during the iGaming Super Show, which is being held in Amsterdam on the 11th – 14th June 2013.

Frank Fahrenkopf is highly regarded as an expert and advocate of U.S. gambling regulation and law. Well experienced in political affairs, Fahrenkopf gained national prominence during the 1980s when he served as chairman of the Republican Party for six of President Ronald Reagan's eight years in the White House (1983 to 1989). His early legal career included 17 years of practice as a trial and gaming lawyer in Nevada, which led to his serving as the first chairman of the American Bar Association (ABA) Committee on Gaming Law and becoming a founding trustee and president of the International Association of Gaming Attorneys, a worldwide organization of government gaming regulators and private attorneys acting on behalf of licensed gaming enterprises. This will be the last time Frank speaks as President and CEO of the AGA, having announced he will be standing down after 17 years in the role.

“We are thrilled that Fahrenkopf has agreed to come and share his expertise,” said Alex Pratt, Head of iGaming Business. “He is a fascinating speaker, especially with all the exciting regulatory changes happening in the U.S. We have an incredible lineup of speakers coming to the iGaming Super Show, which is a testament that the show has become the must-attend event for any serious contender in the industry.”

Fahrenkopf will be speaking at the iGaming Executive Conference and the iGaming 4 Business Conference, which are both part of the iGaming Super Show. The iGaming Super Show is taking place at the RAI in Amsterdam on the 11th – 14th June 2013 and is free to attend for anyone in the online gambling industry.
