Yes, yes I know. Here we go again. This time I'm really in for a treat...1.5 weeks in Tel Aviv, straight to CAC Montreal, and finally, off to Washington DC for a wedding. This isn't just any wedding, mind you...I am responsible for this marriage and agreed to prepare a nice little speech for the rehearsal dinner. Problem is, by that point, I won't have a voice, liver, thought process or functioning brain, for that matter. The bride called me yesterday and told me the wedding weekend is going to be an "ongoing booze filled party". Fantastic. Just what I wanted to hear. In the meantime, for a taste of what I'm about to go through before this wedding, please enjoy several highlights below.
Josh from Prime Gaming, a Clara's regular
Office Visits.
So much for a vacation. I originally booked this trip to visit Kate, but as you all know, she has since relocated to Costa Rica for the Affiliate Director position at
Wager Profits. Lucky for me, I know about 850 other people that live in Tel Aviv because of this crazy job of mine, so I will clearly be taken care of. Although it is somewhat business related, on my "vacation" I will be visiting with
Euro Partners,
888.com,
Casino Pays,
World Poker Tour,
Rummy Royal,
10 bet,
Casino 770,
Prime Casino, and GOD KNOWS WHO ELSE.

Clara's.
What is it about this place? Apparently it is magical...for the men, at least. I have heard about this waterfront club from just about every male who lives in Tel Aviv, although these guys like to blame their friends for "dragging them" there. According to Wikitravel, "Clara Mega Bar" falls under the "Must Party at" category and is described as a "very trendy open-air mega bar located on the southern part of the Tel Aviv beach...all wooden deck floor with a very long bar, multiple seating areas by the sea view, and a great atmosphere makes this place a must visit during a stay in the city". Translation: total pick up bar. I hope they serve tequila.
Passport Control and Customs.
I love going through passport control and customs. No, really, I do. Rumor has it that I will be interrogated by officials for up to three hours upon arrival in Tel Aviv. Fun! Also, just for kicks, on Sunday the 26th I will be leaving Tel Aviv at 5:30am, collecting my bags and clearing customs in Milan, boarding another plane to Boston, collecting my bags and clearing customs again, boarding another plane to Montreal, collecting my bags and clearing customs one more time. I'm going to look great that night.
Costa Rica's finest French Canadian
French Canadians...Take Two.
Remember the French Canadians from Costa Rica? Well it just so happens that one of them lives in Montreal and will be making an appearance during CAC Montreal. This poor unsuspecting individual was pictured and mentioned in my
Costa Rica article and his older brother, who happens to work in the gaming industry, is very familiar with Casino City. He stumbled across the article and he saw the pictures. Surprise! It's your younger brother.
GPWA Cocktail Party.
Hey! Check it out! As of today, it's the only confirmed party on the CAC Montreal schedule- it's going to be HUGE. You absolutely cannot miss Casino City's newest, greatest, and Swedish addition Eric, GPWA's Executive Director and Casino City's CEO Michael Corfman and his identical twin, Steven. Wait, no! I mean his son. Damn, I hate it when that happens.
