Taking place in the ExCeL London convention centre, in east London, ICE Totally Gaming is the industry’s largest international event. Attendance for the three-day conference, which covers every gaming vertical, including mobile and social, is expected to exceed 22,000 attendees from more than 100 different countries. Running in tandem with ICE Totally Gaming will be the ICE Conferences, a series of eight top-level conferences reserved for senior executives of gaming companies.

Income Access CEO Nicky Senyard, who founded the company in 2002, will attend the ICE event with a team of Income Access’ senior marketing and technology managers. Accompanying Senyard to the event will be Chief Marketing Officer Sarafina Wolde Gabriel, Software Services Manager Jenny Lu and General Manager Edward Tkalec among other staff members.

While at the ICE event, Senyard and the Income Access Team will be showcasing Income Access’ recently launched and upcoming technology developments. Chief among these is the company’s ad-serving tool, Traffic Optimisation, which enables operators to manage, evaluate and refine every aspect of their marketing campaigns and channels. The technology evolves the company’s flagship tracking and reporting software to become a central hub for cross-channel marketing traffic and ROI transparency.

Traffic Optimisation is an easily-integrated add-on to the award-winning Income Access software platform, which has received numerous 2014 upgrades to enhance users’ experience and make navigation more intuitive, creating unprecedented value for acquisitions managers and high-level business executives.

Nicky Senyard and the Income Access Team at ICE will also be briefing industry leaders on the company’s imminent product developments. Income Access is soon to unveil a series of Phase II developments to Traffic Optimisation, including banner creation, retargeting functionality and live-odds sportsbook feeds that will support the campaign strategy and ad-targeting control required for World Cup 2014 success.

The company will also launch a complete mobile tracking solution, which will allow operators to monitor every aspect of players’ use of mobile gaming app installs and in-app advertising via their iOS and Android devices. As well as tracking operators’ mobile apps for their land-based and iGaming brands, the technology will also enable them to track social gaming apps on social networks such as Facebook. As a result, Income Access’ mobile tracking solution complements and supports the company’s recently-launched US-focused Social Gaming Network. The Social Gaming Network initiative is working to re-focus affiliates on the US market traffic opportunity in current and upcoming regulated US states.

“We have anticipated market change and growth over 2014 that will see the gap between digital and land-based gaming continue to shrink, and an increasing focus on social and mobile gaming,” said Nicky Senyard, CEO of Income Access. “Our 2014 technology innovations are aimed at strategically positioning our partners to evolve and grow in line with industry trends.” Senyard added, “At the ICE Totally Gaming event, operators will have a first look at these recently-launched and imminent product developments.”
