LONDON -- (PRESS RELEASE) -- Locus Gaming's Jack Gold Casino has won the award for Best Mobile Site at the inaugural Mobile Gaming and Gambling Awards.
The casino beat off stiff competition at a ceremony following the Mobile Gaming and Gambling Summit at London's America Square Conference Centre.
It comes less than nine months after former Ladbrokes directors Ed Andrewes and Mick D'Ancona launched Jack Gold following the set-up of Isle of Man-licensed Locus Gaming.
"We're chuffed to bits to win this award so soon after going live," Andrewes said. "It is recognition of a lot hard work by both the team at Locus and our great suppliers, and it shows exactly why new customers are coming on board every day.
"We set out specifically to differentiate ourselves from the rest of the market and deliver a tip-top user experience -- whatever device customers choose to use. To win Best Mobile Site shows we've achieved that."
Among the other winners on the night were leading operators
Paddy Power Casino,
William Hill Casino, Rank Interactive, and PKR 3D Poker.
Optimized for every device and platform, Jack Gold Casino offers a range of traditional casino games, including roulette and blackjack, as well as three and five-reel slot games, and live dealer.
It is the first online casino created to deliver a premier user experience on both mouse-led and touch screen devices, with content displaying at optimal size and resolution on both. Extremely intuitive to use, it requires no set-up or download, removing all barriers to the online casino.
Locus Gaming will be demonstrating Jack Gold Casino on the stand of Canadian affiliate network Income Access (C14) at the Barcelona Affiliates Conference on Saturday, Oct. 5.
