Land-use issue featured at Pennsylvania conference

1 March 2007

HARRISBURG, Pennsylvania – (PRESS RELEASE) -- The 3rd Pennsylvania Gaming
Congress & Racing Forum will feature a timely presentation on "Casinos and
Land-Use Fights" by nationally prominent experts in land-use politics.

P. Michael Saint, Chairman and CEO of Saint Consulting, has spent more
than two decades developing specialized political techniques that help
clients generate public support to ensure that they prevail in the local
governmental approval process. His firm's Saint Index shows that, despite
the popularity of casinos among gamblers and officials in cities that host
them, a large majority of Americans say they would oppose a casino in their
community.

Mr. Saint and Tom Ahern, Vice President/East Coast of Saint Consulting,
will analyze the public sentiment and discuss strategies during their
special presentation at the Pennsylvania Gaming Congress & Racing Forum,
March 12-13 at the Harrisburg Hilton and Whitaker Center.

"The Saint Consulting presentation is especially timely considering the
growing issue over the location of casinos in Philadelphia. Anyone
interested in casino development at the local level will want to attend
this presentation," said Joseph S. Weinert, Senior Vice President of
conference producer Spectrum Gaming Group.

The Pennsylvania Gaming Congress & Racing Forum is expected to attract
nearly 400 industry-related professionals. The conference program features
Keynote Addresses from Governor Edward G. Rendell, Pennsylvania Gaming
Control Board Chairman Thomas A. Decker, and Sandi Vito, Pennsylvania's
Deputy Secretary for Workforce Development.

The conference includes a panel of top executives from all six licensed
racinos, analysis by four of Wall Street's premier analysts, a workshop for
casino vendors, a panel of slot machine experts, and a Racing Forum
dedicated to thoroughbred- and harness-racing professionals.
