NCLGS - Internet Gaming Update

The U.S. National Council of Legislators from Gaming States held its winter meeting last week in Florida and had former gaming regulator Frank Catania, representing the Interactive Gaming Council, update the delegation on legal issues surrounding the Internet gambling industry.

IGN has obtained a copy of Catania's presentation, which includes updates on legislative activity, the Antigua/United States WTO conflict and action taken by the Justice Department as well as an overview of international developments.
