Schedule released for London Affiliate Conference

1 December 2010

LONDON, England -- (PRESS RELEASE) -- iGB Affiliate Events have officially released the conference schedule for the London Affiliate Conference 2011. Full details of the sessions in the two conference rooms can be viewed on www.londonaffiliateconference.com but some noteworthy twists in the programme can be observed, most notably an obvious focus on affiliate affairs. A round table session on day 1 invites affiliates to discuss the current major issues within the industry, allowing them to air their views, ask questions and get advice. Of equal worth, for the first time in conference history, an affiliate will be presenting at the conference, revealing valuable information on what has made them the UK's largest sportsbook affiliate.

"OLBG.co.uk has been working in the sportsbook affiliate marketing industry for the past 8 years. We've been around the block a few times and we want to share our findings with other affiliates and the industry in general", said Sinead Lambert, Online Marketing Manager for OLBG. "The industry has changed a lot over the years, and entering the marketplace now is very difficult. We wanted to help out new and existing affiliates by giving them some tips on what has worked for us over the years, and what hasn't."

An industry first, OLBG will be presenting on what has made them a leading affiliate, from how the industry has changed in the last decade, to how to attract the right visitor to a site and how to monetise them and form strong relationship with bookmaker partners. Sinead Lambert will be joined by Richard Moffat, Operations Manager, for the presentation and Q&A.

"We are always looking for ways to make the conference programme more relevant for today's audience, and giving affiliates an opportunity to voice their concerns and experiences made sense", Kiera Goymour, Event Manager for iGB Affiliate stated. "The majority of our delegates are skilled online marketers and we want to give them the tools to push their sites a step further. For example we will be holding an introduction to facebook ads, detailing facebook's product offering, audience breakdown, best practice and position on gaming. Equally we have revamped our popular SEO surgery session, and rather than deconstruct a poor site, our experts will be analysing five of the best sites in the industry and lifting the lid on why these sites are doing so well and explaining how to replicate their success."

The London Affiliate Conference will be held between the 27th-30th of January and is completely free for all Affiliates to attend and £499+VAT for non-affiliates. Entry includes access to 3 networking parties, entry to the exhibition hall and both conference rooms, as well as lunch on both days and the opportunity to enter the Affiliate Series of Poker. The flagship event for the iGB Affiliate Series of Events, attendance to this event has in the past numbered over 2000 delegates from the iGaming Industry. Full details on features and exhibitors can be found on www.londonaffiliateconference.com.
