Each year the New York Council on Problem Gambling seeks to bring together researchers, legislators, counselors and other problem gambling experts from all over the world to increase the knowledge of NYS professionals and bring focus to this devastating disorder. With focuses on prevention, treatment and recovery, this conference provides diversified training and is valuable for a variety of professions. Additionally, NYCPG seeks to provide a strong focus on increasing awareness that treatment works and recovery IS possible.

The NYCPG Annual Conference is the only problem gambling conference in NYS and one of the most well attended problem gambling conferences nationwide. The two day experience includes four keynote speeches, six workshop sessions, recovery focused art show, and more. All speakers have demonstrated expertise in the field of problem gambling and are dedicated to increasing awareness of this disorder.
