This annual 2 day conference brings together diverse stakeholders to enhance professional knowledge and skills related to prevention, education and treatment in order to reduce the impact of problem gambling in Nevada.
The conference program includes presentations and interactive workshops by leading experts in problem gambling and related fields, including: Bo Bernhard, Ph.D., UNLV International Gaming Institute; Timothy Fong, MD, UCLA Gambling Studies Program; Anthony Cabot, JD, Lewis & Roca; Carol O'Hare, Executive Director, Nevada Council on Problem Gambling.
The program appeals to all addiction and mental health professionals and other interested stakeholders including: Medical professionals, Researchers, Policymakers, Gaming Industry personnel, Prevention specialists, Educators and students, Consumers and the media. Up to 13 professional CEU's are available.
