The focus of this year’s seminar is as always best practice in responsible gaming. “PLAY SAFE”. But this year we aim to simplify the certification process as much as possible. We want to make it easy for you to “JUST DO IT!”.
We will examine how to get a Responsible Gaming programme started, build
the business case, the key components of a programme and will explore best
practise case studies from Retail and Online.
To conclude we will look at how to measure the success of a Responsible Gaming programme and will draw on the recent certification experience of a newly
certified member.
The format of the seminar will be formal presentations but will provide participants with the opportunity to discuss the key issues in break-out groups, with the shared knowledge and expertise being fed back to the full group.
