The Course will include a minimum of traditional subject matter lectures. Learning will
flow naturally from an extensive series of more than 30 directed Case Studies. These are
substantially based on real experiences and have been selected to elaborate and support
discussion and learning for all of the major function areas of an operating Lottery.
Many of the cases will precipitate discussion on important issues such as equity, transparency and accountability.
Specific presentations will be given on European Legal Affairs, use of Social Space Networks and a keynote address from the Lottery Director from the hosting Lottery company
