How do lotteries create shared value by operating responsibly? And how do lotteries prioritise responsible practices when there are commercial objectives to meet? This seminar will provide inspiration and practical guidance to help lotteries to develop their Responsible Gaming (RG) and broader Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) programmes so that they create value for the operator, society, consumers, and beyond.

Following the success of previous seminars, this year’s event will be held in collaboration with WLA in beautiful Dubrovnik, Croatia. It provides an excellent opportunity to hear from experts in RG and CSR, understand how other lotteries are implementing their programmes, and network with peers working across a range of business functions.
