Regulating the Game 2027 Sydney will build on the strong success of the 2026 conference, returning to Sydney to convene industry leaders, regulators, policymakers, compliance professionals, researchers, and innovators for three days of substantive dialogue, capability building, and strategic insight.

The 2027 edition will explore the issues shaping the future of the gambling sector, including artificial intelligence and its practical applications, game design and product innovation, financial crime and AML/CTF, black market risks, racing, sport and betting integrity, VIP and high-value customer settings, and the intersection of cryptocurrency and gambling. From emerging technologies and product evolution to regulatory posture, public policy reform, consumer protection, and customer experience, the program is designed to stimulate curiosity, test assumptions, and drive informed discussion across the full spectrum of regulatory and industry interests.
